摘要
医疗服务价格在稳定医疗服务市场和调和医患矛盾等方面发挥着关键作用,推进其改革的逻辑可从四个方面进行考察,即理论逻辑、历史逻辑、现实逻辑和价值逻辑。研究发现,我国当前医疗服务价格改革难的主要原因在于价格体系不完善、成本控制不稳定、社会保障体系不健全、医疗资源配置不均等,而化解问题的关键在于调整医疗服务供给侧的结构、健全医疗服务价格管理体系、强化医疗服务价格改革保障、提升医疗人才建设和财政支持水平等。
The price of medical services plays a crucial role in stabilizing the medical services market and reconciling doctor-patient conflicts.The logic of promoting its reform can be examined from four aspects of theoretical logic,historical logic,realistic logic and value logic.The main reasons for the current difficulty in reform in our country are the imperfect price system,unstable cost control,incomplete social security system,and unequal allocation of medical resources.The key to resolving the issues rely on adjusting the structure of the medical services supply side,improving the system of medical services price management,strengthening the guarantee of medical services price reform,and enhancing the level of medical talent construction and financial support.
