摘要
医疗保障制度改革是我国全面深化改革的重要组成部分,旨在提高人民群众的健康保障水平。在这一背景下,医疗服务价格管理成为保障医院运营和高质量发展的重要环节。本文主要围绕公立医院高质量发展对院内价格管理提出的新要求、医院在医疗服务价格管理方面面临的挑战、医疗服务价格政策执行状况等方面,以实证案例展开深入分析,验证医疗服务价格的精细化管理对提高医院运营效率、促进医院高质量发展的积极作用。本文旨在通过强化院内医疗服务价格的精细化管理,建议秉持“有原则、有手段、有制度、有队伍、有数据、有绩效”的“六有”实践路径,进一步优化医院医疗服务收入结构,规范临床医疗行为,切实加强医改政策间的协同合作,发挥医疗服务价格改革的杠杆作用,多措并举共同促进医疗机构高质量可持续发展。
The reform of the medical security system is an important component of China's comprehensive deepening reform,aimed at improving the health of the people Health protection level.In this context,medical service price management has become an important link in ensuring hospital operation and high-quality development.This article mainly focuses on the new requirements of high-quality development of public hospitals for in hospital price management,the challenges faced by hospitals in medical service price management,and the implementation status of medical service price policies.Through empirical cases,in-depth analysis is conducted to verify the positive role of refined management of medical service prices in improving hospital operational efficiency and promoting high-quality development.This article aims to strengthen the refined management of medical service prices in hospitals,and suggests adhering to the"Six Haves"practice path,namely"having principles,means,systems,teams,data,and performance".It further optimizes the income structure of medical services in hospitals,standardizes clinical medical behavior,effectively strengthens the collaborative cooperation between medical reform policies,leverages the role of medical service price reform,and takes multiple measures to jointly promote the highquality and sustainable development of medical institutions.
