摘要
目的:分析3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C序列在膝关节前交叉韧带断裂诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取湛江中心人民医院2021年10月—2023年9月收治的64例疑似膝关节前交叉韧带断裂患者作为研究对象,患者均行3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C序列诊断,以手术检查结果作为“金标准”,评估3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C序列对膝关节前交叉韧带断裂诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果:手术检查结果显示阳性60例、阴性4例,3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C序列诊断出阳性59例、阴性4例;3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C序列对膝关节前交叉韧带断裂诊断的灵敏度为98.33%(59/60)、特异度为100.00%(4/4)、准确度为98.44%(63/64);Kappa检验结果显示,3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C序列诊断对膝关节前交叉韧带断裂诊断的准确度、灵敏度、特异度与“金标准”诊断的一致性较高(Kappa值分别为0.97、0.99、0.98)。结论:3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C序列在膝关节前交叉韧带断裂诊断中的应用价值显著,具有较高的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度,可以为疾病诊断提供可靠的依据。
Objective:To analyze the application value of 3.0T MR3D-FIESTA C sequence in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament fracture of knee joint.Methods:Sixty-four patients with suspected anterior cruciate ligament fracture of knee joint admitted to Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent 3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C sequence diagnosis.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 3.0T MR3D-FIESTA C sequence in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament fracture of knee joint were evaluated with the results of surgical examination as the"gold standard".Results:The results of surgical examination were positive in 60 cases and negative in 4 cases,the 3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C sequence was positive in 59 cases and negative in 4 cases;the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 3.0T MR3D-FIESTA C sequence for the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament rupture were 98.33%(59/60),100.00%(4/4)and 98.44%(63/64);the results of Kappa test showed that the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of 3.0T MR3D-FIESTA C sequence diagnosis for the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament rupture of the knee were consistent with the"gold standard"diagnosis(Kappa values were 0.97,0.99 and 0.98,respectively).Conclusion:The 3.0T MR3D-FIESTA-C sequence has significant application value in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament fracture of the knee,and has high diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,which can provide a reliable basis for disease diagnosis.
