摘要
在智能时代背景下,教练员角色正面临前所未有的挑战与机遇。本文采用文献资料法、案例分析法、访谈法和田野调查法等研究方法,深入探讨智能时代教练员角色的危机表征及其重塑路径。研究发现,智能技术如ChatGPT、元宇宙和数字化设备等对运动训练领域产生了深远影响,教练员需适应这一变化,提升自身知识水平和技能:(1)教练员应补齐知识短板,增强终身学习意识,成为具有道德情怀和专业知识能力的教育者;(2)推动工具理性与价值理性的融合发展,成为“技”“艺”兼备的教学评价者;(3)促进“用户”思维模式的发展,优化传统传播路径,担任精确信息推送的知识传递者。本文旨在帮助教练员建立危机意识的同时,为教练员及运动训练相关人员提供智能时代迭代发展的新思路。
In the backdrop of the intelligent era,the role of coaches is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.This paper employs literature research method,case analysis,interviews,and field investigations to deeply explore the crisis representation of the coach's role in the intelligent era and its pathways for reshaping.The study reveals that intelligent technologies such as ChatGPT,metaverse,and digital devices have had a profound impact on the field of sports training.Coaches need to adapt to these changes and enhance their knowledge and skills.The following key findings are identified:(i) Coaches should address their knowledge gaps,cultivate a lifelong learning mindset,and become educators with both moral integrity and professional competence;(ii) Coaches should promote the integration of instrumental rationality and value rationality,becoming evaluators who possess both technical prowess and artistic qualities;(iii) Coaches should foster the development of a “user” mindset,optimize traditional communication pathways,and serve as knowledge disseminators for precise information delivery.This paper aims to instill crisis awareness among coaches and provide new perspectives for coaches and individuals involved in sports training during the intelligent era.
