摘要
目的:探究手术室护理中建立亲情护理服务模式在股骨骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1-12月宜春学院附属第一医院收治的40例股骨骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各20例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用手术室护理中建立亲情护理服务模式。比较两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生情况、疼痛程度及生活质量。结果:观察组的护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的健康调查简表中精神健康、生理职能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:股骨骨折患者采用手术室护理中建立亲情护理服务模式干预的效果较好,可降低并发症发生率,减轻疼痛,提升生活质量,并提高其护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of establishing family nursing service model in operating room nursing for patients with femoral fractures.Methods:A total of 40 patients with femoral fractures admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing model,and the observation group adopted the establishing family nursing service model in operating room nursing.The nursing satisfaction,complications,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 30.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,survey summary table of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of establishing family nursing service model in operating room nursing is better for patients with femoral fracture,which can reduce the incidence of complications,relieve pain,improve quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
