摘要
新质生产力和新型工业化是推进中国式现代化的重要举措,厘清二者的钩稽关系有助于加强理论指导和实践效力。在理论机制分析的基础上,综合运用格兰杰因果关系检验、动态条件相关系数、动态溢出指数等方法,实证分析新质生产力和新型工业化耦合的“双新”效应。研究结果显示,新质生产力和新型工业化之间存在紧密的强耦合关系,新质生产力作为新的增长动力可以通过创新驱动和提升全要素生产率促进新型工业化发展,新型工业化作为新的工业化发展模式可以通过增长动力转换带动新质生产力加速形成。新征程上,新质生产力和新型工业化之间的动态相关性和双向溢出效应持续增强,这种不断强化的“双新”效应为经济高质量发展和现代化经济体系建设奠定了基础。因此,要加强政策联动,更好发挥“双新”耦合机制的乘数效应和叠加效应。
New quality productivity and new industrialization are major measures to promote Chinese-style modernization in the new era.On the basis of theoretical mechanism analysis,this paper comprehensively uses Granger causality test,dynamic conditional correlation coefficient,dynamic spillover index and other econometric models to empirically analyze the"double innovation"effect of the coupling of new quality productivity and new industrialization.The results show that there is a close and strong coupling relationship between the new quality productivity and the new industrialization.On the new journey,the dynamic correlation and two-way spillover effect between new quality productivity and new type industrialization have been continuously strengthened.We need to strengthen policy linkage and give better play to the multiplier effect and superposition effect of the dual-innovation coupling mechanism.
