超高索塔大跨大体积横梁现浇支架设计研究

摘要 对于超高索塔大跨大体积横梁现浇施工,常规落地式支架体系具有施工复杂、工期较长、成本较大、安全风险高等缺点,使用受限,需进行优化。针对该工况,依托工程实例,提出一种无落地现浇支架体系,该体系由“大型斜脚牛腿+支撑横梁+特制贝雷梁+盘扣支架”组成,并采用数值模拟、现场应用等方式对该支架体系进行受力及应用效果分析。结果表明,该支架体系强度及刚度满足要求;且相比于落地式支架体系,具有施工方便、节约工期及成本、减少高空作业,提高施工安全性等优点,具有较好的适用性。 For the cast-in-place construction of large-span and large volume crossbeams in ultra-high cable towers,the conventional floor standing support system has disadvantages such as complex construction,long construction period,high cost,and high safety risks.Its use is limited,and it is necessary to optimize it.To address this issue,based on engineering examples,a high-altitude cast-in-place support system is proposed,which consists of large diagonal leg bracket,support crossbeam,specially made Bailey beam and buckle bracket.Numerical simulation and on-site application are used to analyze the stress and application effect of the support system.The results indicate that the strength and stiffness of the support system meet the requirements.Compared with the floor standing support system,it has the advantages of convenient construction,saving time and cost,reducing high-altitude operations,and improving construction safety,with good applicability.
