一种多壁碳纳米管血液吸附医用材料特性分析及应用

摘要 为提高血液吸附治疗过程中的毒素去除效果,将多壁碳纳米管与壳聚糖进行结合制备一种医用血液吸附材料,并研究了该医用血液吸附材料的性能和应用效果。结果表明,当掺入0.03%多壁碳纳米管时,该医用血液吸附材料具备良好的热稳定性和吸附性能。当医用血液吸附材料的初始浓度为400 mg/L、反应时间为18 h时,其对硫酸吲哚毒素的最大吸附量为121.07 mg/g。将其涂覆到普通纳米纤维膜上后,患者治疗总有效率提高到88.24%,患者血液中的尿素氮、血磷等毒素下降率提高。说明医用血液吸附材料可以提高血液中的毒素去除效果,可为血液吸附材料的发展提供参考。 To improve the toxin removal efficiency during blood adsorption therapy,a medical blood adsorption material was prepared by combining multi walled carbon nanotubes with chitosan,and the performance and application effect of the medical blood adsorption material were studied.The results showed that when 0.03%multi walled carbon nanotubes were added,the medical blood adsorption material exhibited good thermal stability and adsorption performance.When the initial concentration of the medical blood adsorption material was 400 mg/L and the reaction time was 18 h,the maximum adsorption capacity of the material for indomethacin sulfate was 121.07 mg/g.After coating the medical blood adsorption material onto ordinary nanofiber membranes,the total effective rate of patient treatment increased to 88.24%,and the reduction rate of toxins such as urea nitrogen and blood phosphorus in the patient’s blood increased.This medical blood adsorption material can improve the removal efficiency of toxins in blood and provide reference for the development of blood adsorption materials.
