摘要
中国共产党第二十届三中全会,从百年未有之大变局的国际形势、我国经济发展和开放型市场经济建设所取得的成就和经验出发,实事求是地制定了制度建设的内容、目标和完成的时间表,充分体现了马克思主义历史唯物主义世界观在生产力、生产关系的作用与反作用的辩证关系,为中国特色开放型市场经济体制机制建设设计出可行的路线图、阶段和目标,对我国经济体制机制建设具有战略指导意义。
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,starting from the international situation of the great changes unseen in a century,the achievements and experiences made in China's economic development and the construction of an open market economy,has formulated the content,goals,and timetable for institutional construction in a realistic and pragmatic manner.It fully reflects the dia-lectical relationship between the actions and reactions of productive forces and production relations in Marxist historical materialism,and has designed a feasible road map,stages,and goals for the construction of China's characteristic open market economic system and mechanism,also of strategic guiding significance for the construction of China's economic system and mechanism.
