摘要
2020年11月26日,中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所《国际经济评论》编辑部、中国世界经济学会联合组织"拜登时期中美关系前瞻"研讨会。与会学者就拜登时期美国政策走向、中美关系前景等问题展开了深入研讨。
The International Economic Review and the China Society of World Economics have recentlyjointly held a symposium themed Prospect of Sino-US Relations under Biden Presidency.Participating scholars discussed such issues as the evolution direction of US policies underBiden presidency and prospect of Sino-US relations.They agreed that as the US presidentialelection this year has left many controversial problems to be resolved,the predictability andcertainty of the Biden administration’s foreign policies have been enhanced,although itsforeign policy adjustments will be slow and gradual;the Sino-US relations will improvemoderately;due to the comprehensive widening of domestic divisions of the US,China willplay a larger role in shaping the Sino-US relations,but the decisive factor for the evolutiondirection of Sino-US relations remains the development of,and changes in,the structuralcontradictions as a result of the different status of China and the US in international regimes;asa result,in the future,the Sino-US relations will mainly feature a relationship of gaming andinterdependence.
