摘要
目的综合性评价艾箱灸联合中药熏洗护理中风痉挛性偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月于大连市中医医院脑病科康复病房住院并接受治疗的中风痉挛性偏瘫患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用常规护理联合肢体中药熏洗治疗方案;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合艾箱灸治疗方案,观察两组患者治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分、临床痉挛指数(CSI)评分及临床护理满意度指标变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组患者FMA评分、CSI评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理总满意度96.67%(29/30)高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾箱灸联合中药熏洗可显著改善中风痉挛性偏瘫患者肢体运动功能水平、减轻患者关节及肌肉痉挛性疼痛、有效抑制患者肢体失用性萎缩病情进展,还可通经活络、强筋壮骨、除痹,临床护理效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical nursing effect of moxa box moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment on patients with apoplectic spastic hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 patients with stroke spastic hemiplegia who were hospitalized and treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected.All enrolled patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.The control group of 30 cases received routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment program.The experimental group was combined with moxa box moxibustion on the basis of control group.The changes of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA)score,clinical spasmodic index(CSI)score and clinical nursing satisfaction index before and after treatment were observed.Results After clinical treatment,FMA scores and CSI scores of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that in control group(76.67%,23/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxa box moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy can significantly improve the level of limb motor function in patients with stroke spastic hemiplegia,alleviate joint and muscle spasmodic pain,effectively inhibit the progress of limb disuse atrophy in patients,dredge the meridians and activate the collaterals,strengthen the muscles and bones,and eliminate arthralgia.The clinical nursing effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
