摘要
目的探究奥拉西坦联合认知训练治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者疗效及对MMSE评分的影响。方法采用随机数表法将2017年9月-2019年10月黑龙江省中医药大学附属第四医院收治的86例脑卒中患者分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),对照组予以常规治疗联合认知训练,观察组予以奥拉西坦联合认知训练治疗,比较两组治疗疗效及MMSE评分。结果两组临床总有效率比较,观察组明显高于对照组(95.35%vs 74.42%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组MMSE评分较治疗前均有升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后MMSE评分升高更明显。治疗后两组NIHSS评分较治疗前均有降低,ADL评分较治疗前均有升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后NIHSS评分降低更明显,ADL评分升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者采用奥拉西坦与认知训练联合治疗,可有效改善患者认知功能,提高日常生活水平,疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore effect of olacetam combined with cognitive training on cognitive impairment after stroke and influence on MMSE scores.Methods The paper chose 86 cases stroke patients admitted to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine The Fourth Affiliated Hospital from September 2017 to October 2019,and divided them into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).Control group was treated with routine treatment combined with cognitive training,and observation group with olacetam combined with cognitive training.Curative effect and MMSE scores between two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group(95.35%vs 74.42%)(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE scores of observation group increased more significantly after treatment than control group.After treatment,NIHSS scores of two groups were lower than before treatment,ADL scores were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores of observation group decreased more significantly after treatment than control group,ADL scores increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of olacetam and cognitive training can improve cognitive function and daily living standard of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke effectively,which has significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
