摘要
目的探究分析缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压病的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月—12月连江县医院102例老年高血压病患者,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(51例)与观察组(51例)。观察组采用缬沙坦氨氯地平治疗,对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。对比两组的治疗有效率、血压水平、24 h血压变异系数和肾功能指标(肌酐、尿素氮、血红蛋白和白蛋白)和SF-36评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组24 h收缩压变异系数和24 h舒张压变异系数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肌酐和尿素氮水平低于对照组,血红蛋白和白蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦氨氯地平片可改善患者血压水平、24 h血压变异系数肾功能指标,确保患者治疗效果以及生活质量的改善。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of Valsartan and Amlodipine tablets in treating hypertension in elderly patients.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with hypertension at Lianjiang County Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023,were selected and divided into a control group(51 cases)and an observation group(51 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Benzenesulfonic acid Amlodipine,while the observation group was treated with Valsartan and Amlodipine.The treatment efficacy rate,blood pressure levels,24-hour blood pressure variability coefficient,renal function indicators(creatinine,urea nitrogen,hemoglobin,and albumin)and SF-36 scores were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficacy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were both significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the 24-hour systolic blood pressure variability coefficient and the 24-hour diastolic blood pressure variability coefficient in the observation group were both significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group were both significantly lower,while the levels of hemoglobin and albumin were significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of malondialdehyde in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the level of glutathione was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of hemoglobin and albumin were higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Valsartan and Amlodipine tablets can improve patients’blood pressure levels,24-hour blood pressure variability coefficient,vascular endothelial function,oxidative stress indicators,and renal function indicators,ensuring the improvement of patients’treatment outcomes and quality of life.
