摘要
在过去的几年中,人力资源数据分析服务不断拓展业务,积极寻求业务转型,为企业提供了高质量、高标准的数据服务。共享中心不仅为企业提供了定制化的数据分析报告和自助式分析报表,还实现了数据可视化展示等个性化服务,满足了企业在经营、战略决策等方面的需求。文章在分析企业人力资源共享数据分析服务现状的基础上,深入剖析人力资源共享数据分析服务面临的形势与挑战,为下步进一步拓宽人力资源共享数据分析服务业务打下了坚实基础。文章的研究成果较好地为企业提供科学、高效的人力资源数据分析服务,帮助企业了解当前人力资源管理的现状及趋势,从而为企业人力资源管理工作提供数据支撑,使人力资源数据价值得到最大化体现。
In the past few years,human resource data analysis services have continuously expanded their business and actively sought business transformation,providing high quality and high standard data services for enterprises.The shared center not only provides customized data analysis reports and self-service analysis reports for enterprises,but also realizes personalized services such as data visualization display,meeting the needs of enterprises in management,strategic decision-making,and other aspects.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of enterprise human resource shared data analysis services,this paper deeply analyzes the situation and challenges faced by human resource shared data analysis services,laying a solid foundation for further expanding the business of human resource shared data analysis services.The research results of this paper provide scientific and efficient human resource data analysis services for enterprises,helping them understand the current status and trends of human resource management,and thus providing data support for enterprise human resource management work,maximizing the value of human resource data.
