摘要
随着石油勘探开发逐步由浅层向深层、超深层拓展,钻井过程中的钻井液漏失问题愈加严重。而堵漏材料在漏失控制中起着关键作用,长期以来都是重点研发对象。本文首先结合近年来深层钻井堵漏材料开发与应用情况,系统梳理了桥接堵漏材料、高失水堵漏材料、凝胶类堵漏材料、固结类堵漏材料、膨胀类堵漏材料、形状记忆堵漏材料的理化特征、高温稳定性、封堵能力,探讨了不同类型堵漏材料的应用效果及优缺点。然后,概述了当前堵漏理论,包括堵漏机理与堵漏材料设计准则,指出了深层钻井堵漏理论上存在部分不完善之处。再基于堵漏材料开发、应用情况与堵漏理论,提出了深层钻井堵漏材料所面临的主要挑战,包括极端环境稳定性、评价方法与标准不统一、复杂多尺寸裂缝网络适应性、规模化成本高、环保可持续性差等问题。最后,针对上述面临的挑战,提出了深层钻井堵漏材料发展及应用攻关方向。
With the gradual expansion of oil exploration and development from shallow to deep and ultra deep layers,the problem of drilling fluid leakage during drilling has become increasingly serious.And leak sealing materials play a key role in leak control and have long been a key research and development target.Firstly,this paper systematically combed the physical and chemical characteristics,high temperature stability,and plugging ability of bridge plugging materials,high fluid loss plugging materials,gel plugging materials,consolidation plugging materials,expansion plugging materials,and shape memory plugging materials in combination with the development and application of deep drilling plugging materials in recent years,and discussed the application effects,advantages and disadvantages of different types of plugging materials.Then,the current plugging theory is outlined,including plugging mechanisms and plugging material design criteria,and some imperfections in the theory of deep drilling plugging are pointed out.Based on the development and application of plugging materials and plugging theory,the main challenges faced by deep drilling plugging materials are proposed,including extreme environmental stability,inconsistent evaluation methods and standards,adaptability to complex multi-scale fracture networks,high cost of scaling,and poor environmental sustainability.Finally,in response to the challenges mentioned above,research directions for the development and application of deep drilling plugging materials have been proposed.
