摘要
为高效控制纺织行业的颗粒物污染,搭建了基于高速摄像仪的试验测试平台,针对棉、黄麻及玻璃纤维3种细长颗粒物,采用控制变量法对比分析了其在自由沉降过程中的横向迁移特性。结果表明:当颗粒物初始取向为水平方向时,在不同长径比和环境相对湿度下,3种颗粒物的无量纲横向迁移位移变化范围为-34%~26%,其中,75. 33%的颗粒物位移绝对值变化范围为0~12%;环境相对湿度增大,棉和黄麻纤维颗粒物的横向迁移均呈减小趋势,玻璃纤维因吸湿性差,横向迁移位移未呈明显规律性;环境相对湿度一定,颗粒物的横向迁移位移由大到小为棉、黄麻、玻璃;而长径比增大时,3种颗粒物的横向迁移位移并未呈现明显的规律性,表明长径比与横向迁移之间的相关性不明显。
The paper has built up an experimental test platform based on the high-speed camera so as to effectively control the particulate matter pollution in the textile industry.The testing platform applies 2 LED light sources to illuminate the shooting area.At the same time,the testing platform makes use of the ionizing blower to eliminate the static electricity around the sedimentation chamber,and to test and check if the static electric effect can be eliminated with the electrostatic field tester,so as to make sure that the free sedimentation of the particles cannot be affected by the external environment.And,then,for the 3 kinds of slender particles of cotton,jute and glass fiber,this study focuses the lateral migration property in the process of the free sedimentation by using the variable controlling methods.And for each condition,the settlement experiment was repeated20 times so as to minimize the experiment errors.The final experimental results show that,when the initial orientation of the particles is horizontal,the dimensionless lateral migration displacement of the 3 kinds of particles varies in the range from-34%to 26%under different aspect ratios and relative humidity.Additionally,the absolute value of the particles’displacement has also been analyzed,and it varies just from 0 to 12%for 75.33%of all particles,indicating that a certain degree of lateral migration in the free sedimentation process would occur,nevertheless,most of the particles tend to migrate laterally to a smaller extent.And,as the relative humidity of the environment increases,the lateral migration of both cotton and jute fiber particles shows a decreasing trend,whereas lateral migration displacement of glass fiber does not show obvious regularity with the increase of the aspect ratio because of poor hygroscopicity.On the other hand,when the relative humidity of environment is constant,the lateral migration displacement of the 3 kinds of particles presents as:cotton>jute>glass,which indicates that the structural features and the lateral width and density distribution of the above mentioned 3 kinds of particles can make great influence on their lateral displacement during the free sedimentation.What’s more,when the aspect ratio increases,the lateral migration displacement of all particles does not change monotonously.This may imply that the correlation between the aspect ratio and the lateral migration is not remarkably close.
