氢能重卡物流在钢铁行业的创新实践及战略思考

Innovative practice and strategic thinking of hydrogen energy heavy truck logistics in steel industry

摘要 氢能作为一种清洁能源载体,正日益凸显其在全球能源结构转型中的关键角色。近年来,氢能重卡以其独特的优势在物流行业绿色化进程中发挥着愈发重要的作用,标志着氢能物流技术的日臻成熟。加氢站的建设也为氢能重卡提供了基础设施支撑,为其高效、安全运行奠定坚实基础。钢铁行业是物流密集型产业,氢能重卡以其零排放、高效率、长续航等优势,逐渐成为钢铁行业实现清洁运输和深度脱碳的新选择。探究了国内外氢燃料电池汽车、氢能重卡物流及加氢站的发展现状,详细分析了河钢集团在氢能重卡物流领域的杰出实践。从顶层设计到多元化制氢工厂布局,从加氢网络和管理平台建设到商业化运营路线开辟,河钢集团以前瞻性的战略布局和创新的实践举措,为氢能重卡物流的发展树立了典范。同时,河钢集团积极探索减碳方法学,为氢能物流的审定与减排量核查提供指导性依据。针对氢能重卡物流在钢铁行业中面临的挑战,如运营成本、系统功率和车辆性能、基础设施建设以及商业模式等问题,提出了应用对策及发展建议,为钢铁行业氢能物流的应用提供宝贵经验,也为物流行业绿色低碳转型提供参考借鉴。 As a clean energy carrier,hydrogen is playing an increasingly important role in the transformation of global energy structure.In recent years,hydrogen heavy trucks have exerted an increasingly significant role in the green process of the logistics industry with their unique advantages,which indicates that hydrogen logistics technology is becoming more and more mature.The construction of the hydrogen refueling station also provides infrastructure support for hydrogen heavy trucks and lays a solid foundation for their efficient and safe operation.The steel industry is a logistics-intensive industry,and hydrogen heavy trucks have gradually become a new choice for the steel industry to realize clean transportation and deep decarbonization with their advantages of zero-emission,high efficiency and long battery life.It probes into the development status of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles,hydrogen heavy truck logistics and hydrogen refueling stations at home and abroad,and analyzes the outstanding practice of HBIS Group in the field of hydrogen heavy truck logistics in detail.From top-level design to the layout of diversified hydrogen production plants,from the construction of the hydrogenation network and management platform to commercial operation route development,HBIS Group has set a good example for hydrogen heavy truck logistics with a forward-looking strategic layout and innovative practical measures.At the same time,HBIS Group actively explores carbon reduction methodologies to provide a guiding basis for the validation and emission reduction verification of hydrogen logistics.In view of the challenges faced by hydrogen heavy truck logistics in the steel industry,such as operating costs,system power and vehicle performance,infrastructure construction and business model,it puts forward application countermeasures and development suggestions,which provide valuable experience for the application of hydrogen logistics in the steel industry and provides references for the green and low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry.
