摘要
本文首先对慕课(MOOC)的定义及其在教师信息化教学能力提升中的作用进行了概述,然后分析了当前高职教师信息化教学面临的主要问题与挑战,最后提出了有效的提升策略,包括教师培训与专业发展、课程设计与教学实施,以及技术支持与平台建设,旨在通过实施这些策略,促进高职教师信息化教学能力的全面提升,提高高职教育的整体教学质量。
This paper firstly gives an overview of the definition of MOOC and its role in the enhancement of teachers’informatization teaching ability,then analyzes the main problems and challenges faced by higher vocational teachers in informatization teaching,and finally puts forward effective enhancement strategies,including teacher training and professional development,curriculum design and teaching implementation,and technological support and platform construction,which are aimed at promoting the overall enhancement of higher vocational teachers’informatization teaching ability through the implementation of these strategies.The aim is to promote the overall improvement of higher vocational teachers’informatization teaching ability through the implementation of these strategies,and to improve the overall teaching quality of higher vocational education.
