摘要
经筋分布具有“结、聚、交、合”的整体性。经筋主束骨、利关节的功能存在着“点-线-面-体”的联动规律;经筋藏护经脉,其功能的发挥依赖经脉运行气血的濡养与经气的调节。基于经筋理论,可明确颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征的病机乃横络痹阻经脉,不通则痛,经筋失荣,进一步横络结聚,致局部经筋失能,整体经筋失衡,远端代偿经筋受累。针灸治疗应局部“解结”与整体“复原”并重。
The distribution of channel sinews has the integrity of"accumulation,gathering,interaction and combination".There is a linkage law of"point--line--surface--entirety"in the function of channel sinews governing fettering the bones and improving joints function.The channel sinews store and protect channels and vessels,whose function depends on the nourishing of qi and blood and the regulation of channel qi.The pathogenesis of cervical and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome can be clarified based on the channel sinew theory--horizontal channel impediment obstructs the channels and vessels,leading pain and thus the channel sinew undernourished.In this way,horizontal channels accumulate and gather,resulting in the local dysfunction of channel sinews,the overall imbalance of channel sinews,and the injury of the distal channel sinews due to compensation.When applying acupuncture and moxibustion,equal attention should be paid to locally"releasing accumulation"and holistically"recovering".
