摘要
经筋理论作为中医学基础理论重要组成部分之一,在临床中对针灸、推拿等外治疗法发挥着重要的指导作用。经筋病发病率高、年轻化趋势明显以及十二经筋在生理结构和功能方面与现代解剖学的契合使得其成为研究的聚焦点。经筋病病因学研究是中医"辨证论治"和"审症求因"的重要体现。作者系统整理了中医古籍中有关经筋病病因学论述,将经筋病病因整理归纳为内因、外因、不内外因三大类,并结合现代社会人们的生活方式阐述了经筋病的日常调摄,为临床医生诊疗经筋病和大众预防经筋病提供了新的思路。
As one of the important components of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of tendons plays an important role in guiding external therapies such as acupuncture and Tuina.Because of the high incidence and youth trend of tendon diseases and the fit of the twelve-meridian tendons in the physiological structure and function with modern anatomy,the meridian tendon disease has become a hot spot of research.Research on the etiology of fascia disease is an important manifestation of TCM“treatment based on syndrome differentiation”and“examination of symptoms and seeking causes”.The author systematically sorted out the etiology of meridian tendon disease in ancient traditional Chinese medicine books,and summarized them into three categories:internal,external and non-internal and external causes.What′s more,combined with the lifestyles of people in modern society,the author explained the precautions of meridian tendon diseases.It provided new ideas for clinicians to diagnose and treat and the public to prevent meridian tendon diseases.
