摘要
目的:研究快速循环刻意标准化练习法在实习护士急救技能培训中的应用。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年5月在德阳市人民医院参与急救技能培训的实习护士70名,分为对照组和研究组,各35名,对照组实施常规临床培训,研究组采用快速循环刻意标准化练习法,开展实习护士急救技能培训,对比两组培训效果。结果:培训16周后,研究组的急救护理理论知识、标准化急救护理技能、临床思维能力、应急事件处理能力、医护急救配合协调能力、岗位胜任能力评分、培训满意率,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在实习护士急救技能培训活动中实施快速循环刻意标准化练习法,培训价值更高。
Objective:To study the application of rapid cycle deliberate standardized practice in the training of fi rst-aid skills for practice nurses.Methods:A total of 70 practice nurses who participated in fi rst-aid skills training in Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical training,while the study group carried out fi rstaid skills training for practice nurses by means of rapid cycle deliberate standardized practice,and the training eff ects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 16 weeks of training,the theoretical knowledge of emergency nursing,standardized emergency nursing skills,clinical thinking ability,emergency incident handling ability,emergency medical cooperation and coordination ability,post competency score and training satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of higher training value to implement the rapid cycle deliberate standardized practice in the fi rst aid skills training activities of practice nurses.
