叶面肥对不同叶色茶树品种新梢理化成分的影响

Study on the Effect of Foliar Fertilizer Application on the Physicochemical Composition of New Shoots of Tea Cultivars with Different Leaf Colors

摘要 为探究叶面肥对不同叶色茶树品种新梢理化成分的影响,以龙井43、新安4号、中黄2号茶树品种为研究材料,施用0.5%尿素叶面肥,对一芽二叶新梢中茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、叶绿素含量进行分析。结果表明,叶面肥施用后,3个茶树品种新梢叶绿素含量均升高;龙井43和中黄2号品种新梢氨基酸含量显著增加,咖啡碱和茶多酚含量下降,而新安4号品种新梢氨基酸及咖啡碱含量均下降;叶面肥施用对氮代谢和叶绿素途径相关基因的表达有重要影响。综上可见,叶面肥施用能够通过调控相关基因表达来调节茶树新梢的品质成分,提高绿茶品质,研究结果可为不同叶色茶树品种叶面肥施用提供理论依据。 To investigate the effect of foliar fertilizer on the physicochemical composition,this study took tea cultivars'Longjing 43','Xin'an 4'and'Zhonghuang 2'as the research materials.The contents of tea polyphenols,amino acids,caffeine and chlorophyll in shoots of one bud and two leaves were analyzed through applying 0.5%urea foliar fertilizer.The results show that under the application of foliar fertilizer,the chlorophyll contents of 3 tea cultivars increased;the contents of amino acids in shoots of'Longjing 43'and'Zhonghuang 2'were significantly increased,the contents of caffeine and tea polyphenol were decreased,while the contents of amino acids and caffeine in shoots of'Xin'an 4'were decreased.Foliar fertilizer application had important effects on the expression of genes related to nitrogen metabolism and chlorophyll pathway.In conclusion,the application of foliar fertilizer can regulate the quality components in new shoots of tea and improve the quality of green tea by regulating the expressions of related genes.The results of this study were expected to provide a theoretical basis for the application effect of foliar fertilizer on tea cultivars with different leaf colors.
