摘要
抹茶品质与鲜叶原料有密切关系,文章就茶树品种以及覆盖遮阴、施肥技术这3个影响抹茶原料产量、品质的重要因素进行综述,同时提出了提升抹茶质量的研究方向,为我国抹茶园田间生产管理提供参考。
The quality of matcha tea is closely related to the raw materials(fresh leaves).The article reviewed the three important factors that affect the yield and quality of matcha raw materials,including tea cultivar,covering and shading,and fertilization technology.It provided a reference for field production management.
