摘要
随着中国人口老龄化趋势的增加,骨质疏松症的患病率也随之升高,运动训练作为一种安全、无创、有效的治疗手段,其治疗效果得到了广泛的认可,能够有效地预防和改善骨质疏松症,但其发病机制还尚不明确。本文就骨质疏松症的基本概述、诊断标准、参与骨质疏松症发病机制相关的信号通路(HIF-1α/VEGF信号通路、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路、OPG/RANKL/RANK信号通路)以及总结不同的运动训练对骨质疏松症的干预效果,为临床提供理论依据,提高中老年人对骨质疏松症的预防能力。
With the increasing trend of the aging population in China,the incidence of osteoporosis has also increased.Exercise training,recognized as a safe,non-invasive,and effective therapeutic approach,has been widely acknowledged for its therapeutic effects in preventing and improving osteoporosis,yet the pathogenesis remains not fully understood.This article provides a basic overview of osteoporosis,diagnostic criteria,and the signaling pathways associated with its pathogenesis(HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway,Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,OPG/RANKL/RANK signaling pathway).It also summarizes the intervention effects of different exercise training on osteoporosis,offering theoretical support for clinical practice and enhancing the ability of the elderly to prevent osteoporosis.
