预防医学专业增设传染病暴发调查课程的教学效果评价

Evaluation on the educational effect of adding an infectious disease outbreak investigation course to preventive medicine major

摘要 目的探讨在预防医学专业加入传染病暴发调查课程的应用效果。方法选取27名深圳大学五年制预防医学专业2019级四年级学生作为研究对象,于2022年9-12月在本科教学中加入传染病暴发调查课程。课程结束后,比较课程前、中、后考核成绩和知晓程度构成比的差异,并自编问卷调查研究对象对该课程的评价和反馈。采用SPSS 25.0进行χ^(2)检验或Wilcoxon符号秩检验。结果基于不同阶段案例分析对比发现,课程结束后传染病暴发调查9个步骤考核成绩均高于课程开始前,其中制定病例定义、病例搜索、个案访谈分别为[5.00(3.75,7.50)]和[8.75(7.50,8.75)]分,验证假设分别为[6.25(0.00,7.50)]和[10.00(7.50,10.00)]分,调查结果交流和反馈分别为[0.00(0.00,7.50)]和[7.50(6.25,10.00)]分,3个步骤考核成绩明显高于课程开始前,Z值分别为-4.389、-4.113、-3.979,均P<0.05;课程结束后,制定病例定义、病例搜索、个案访谈,描述三间分布,验证假设3个步骤的关键点知晓程度较课程开始前有显著提升,其中知晓3个要点的比例分别由0、3.7%、0提升到77.8%、29.6%和77.8%,χ^(2)值分别为46.000、7.058和44.593,均P<0.05;课程满意度评价发现,学生中有92.3%的人喜欢本课程,超过95.0%的学生建议把该课程加入预防医学本科教学大纲。结论传染病暴发调查课程调动了学生学习积极性、提高了学生面对传染病疫情时的处置能力,有助于公共卫生人才培养的改革。 Objective To explore the effect of adding infectious disease outbreak investigation course to preventive medicine major.Methods A total of 27 fourth-year students majoring in five-year preventive medicine in Shenzhen University were enrolled in the study,and infectious disease outbreak investigation course was added to undergraduate teaching during Sept to Dec,2022.After the course,the differences in assessment scores and awareness level composition ratios before,during,and after the course were compared,and a self-administered questionnaire was used to survey the subjects'evaluation and feedback on the course.SPSS 25.0 was used forχ^(2) test or Wilcoxon signed-rank test.Results Based on the comparison of case analyses at different stages,the assessment scores for all 9 steps of infectious disease outbreak investigation were higher after the course than before,with significant improvements in defining case definitions,case searching,and individual case interviews,which were[5.00(3.75,7.50)]and[8.75(7.50,8.75)]points,verifying hypotheses,which were[6.25(0.00,7.50)]and[10.00(7.50,10.00)]points,and communicating and feedback of investigation results,which were[0.00(0.00,7.50)]and[7.50(6.25,10.00)]points,respectively.The assessment scores for these three steps were significantly higher than before the course,with Z values of-4.389,-4.113,and-3.979,respectively,all P<0.05.After the course,the awareness level of key points in defining case definitions,case searching,individual case interviews,describing the distribution in three dimensions,and verifying hypotheses significantly improved compared to before the course.The proportions of students aware of the three key points increased from 0,3.7%,and0 to 77.8%,29.6%,and 77.8%,respectively,withχ^(2) values of 46.000,7.058,and 44.593,respectively,all P<0.05.The course satisfaction evaluation found that 92.3%of the students liked the course,and more than 95.0%of the students recommended incorporating the course into the preventive medicine undergraduate curriculum.Conclusion The infectious disease outbreak investigation course can motivate students'learning enthusiasm and improve their ability to deal with infectious disease outbreaks,and contributed to the reform of public health talent training.
