摘要
慢性心力衰竭患者通常伴有心理健康问题,普通护理模式在慢性心衰患者心理健康管理中,存在缺乏心理健康问题评估、心理干预不够系统、患者依从性差以及缺乏家属支持与教育等,影响了治疗效果和生活质量。延续性护理与普通护理模式相比强调社会支持与家庭参与、强调情绪支持与持续沟通、强调心理问题的早期干预,并以降低住院率与复发率为最终目标,因此,延续性护理在慢性心衰患者心理健康干预方面具有明显优势,能够更好地提高患者自我健康管理能力,预防心理问题恶化,增强情绪支持并缓解焦虑,缓解患者抑郁情绪。
Patients with chronic heart failure usually have mental disorders.In the mental health management of patients with chronic heart failure,the general nursing model has insufficient evaluation of mental disorders,unsystematic psychological intervention,poor patient compliance and lack of family support and education,which affect the treatment effect and quality of life.Compared with the general nursing model,continuing care has distinct characteristics in emphasizing social support and family participation,emotional support and continuous communication,early intervention for mental disorders,so as to reduce hospitalization rate and recurrence rate ultimately.Continuing care has strong advantages in mental health intervention for patients with chronic heart failure,which can improve patients health management ability,prevent the deterioration of mental disorders,enhance emotional support,and alleviate anxiety and depression.
