摘要
近年来,随着体育产业的快速发展,篮球运动已经成为国民级运动项目,篮球竞赛的经济潜力也得以释放,促使诸多高校开设篮球专业,为我国篮球事业的发展贡献力量。然而,与极为广阔的发展前景形成鲜明对比的是,现阶段,我国高校篮球赛事的市场化运营尚不成熟,人才和资金等资源分配不均,场地设施也存在不足,随着社会对高水平竞技体育人才需求的增加,高校急需建立更加科学、系统的训练方法,优化球员训练及管理工作,进而全面提升球员的技战术水平。该研究旨在探索提升高校篮球竞技水平的有效路径,以期推动高校篮球人才工作的变革,最终推动我国高校篮球运动整体水平提升。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the sports industry,basketball has become a national level sport,and the economic potential of basketball competitions has also been released,promoting many colleges to offer Basketball majors and contributing to the development of China's basketball industry.However,in sharp contrast to the extremely broad development prospects,the market-oriented operation of basketball events in Chinese colleges is not mature enough at present,with uneven distribution of talent and financial resources,and insufficient venue facilities.With the increasing demand for high-level competitive sports talents in society,colleges urgently need to establish more scientific and systematic training methods,optimize player training and management work,and comprehensively improve the technical and tactical level of players.This study aims to explore effective ways to improve the level of college basketball competition,in order to promote the transformation of college basketball talent work and ultimately improve the overall level of basketball sports in Chinese colleges.
