摘要
目的探讨西帕依固龈液联合盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎(CP)患者的影响。方法选择2021年10月—2023年10月济宁市第三人民医院(兖州区人民医院)收治的60例CP患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合西帕依固龈液治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的龈沟液炎症因子水平、氧化应激指标、牙周指标、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、菌斑指数、探诊深度、附着水平、出血指数均低于对照组,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗CP患者可有效改善牙周指标,减轻氧化应激反应及炎症反应,降低复发率,且用药安全。
Objective To investigate the effect of sipayi gingival solidifying fluid combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment on patients with chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods Sixty patients with CP admitted to Jining Third People's Hospital(Yanzhou District People's Hospital)from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment,and the observation group was treated with sipayi gingival consolidation fluid on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The levels of gingival creval fluid inflammatory factors,oxidative stress indicators,periodontal indicators,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence situation were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α,high-sensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,plaque index,probing depth,adhesion level and bleeding index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of CP patients,the combination of cipayi gingival solid solution and minocycline hydrochloride ointment can effectively improve periodontal indexes,reduce oxidative stress and inflammation,and reduce the recurrence rate,and the drug is safe.
