大跨度预应力简支箱梁应用研究

摘要 为了提升大跨度预应力简支箱梁施工质量,文中以四川某桥梁工程为例,对施工过程中出现的问题提出解决方案,并对施工后的大跨度预应力简支箱梁进行挠度及裂缝检测。通过对施工后大跨度预应力简支箱梁各桥墩挠度以及表面裂缝的监测,所有桥墩的挠度值分布范围在2~7 mm,均在设计允许值15 mm以内;桥梁表面裂缝长度为3.2~8.6 mm,均小于最大允许裂缝值10 mm,符合设计挠度变形要求,表明大跨度预应力简支箱梁施工的精度和质量良好。 In order to improve the construction quality of long-span prestressed simply supported box girder,this paper takes a bridge project in Sichuan as an example,puts forward a new construction scheme for the problems that may occur in the construction process,and carries out deflection and crack detection on the long-span prestressed simply supported box girder after construction.By monitoring the deflection and surface cracks of piers of large-span prestressed simply supported box girder after construction,the distribution range of deflection values of all piers is 2~7 mm,which is within the allowable design value of 15 mm.The crack length of the bridge surface after the construction is 3.2~8.6 mm,which is less than the maximum allowable crack value of 10 mm,which meets the deflection deformation requirements specified in the design,which proves that the construction precision and quality of the long-span prestressed simply supported box girder are good.
