高速铁路预制箱梁常见质量缺陷的原因分析与处置

摘要 高速铁路作为我国交通基础设施建设的重要组成部分,其建造水平、施工工艺均达到了世界一流水平,也成为我国基础设施建设走向世界的一张名片,其中预制箱梁施工因其具有高经济性、良好的稳定性被广泛使用。但由于预制箱梁结构本身的原因,施工过程中经常会出现诸多质量缺陷,直至目前也未得到彻底的解决。结合预制箱梁的制作与施工经验,总结分析出高速铁路箱梁常见质量缺陷产生的原因以及所采取的防治措施与处理方法。 High-speed railway,as an important part of Chinese transportation infrastructure,its construction level and construction technology have reached the world-class level,and it has also become a business card of Chinese infrastructure construction to the world.Prefabricated box girder construction is widely used because of its high economy and good stability.However,due to the structure of prefabricated box girders,many quality defects often occur during the construction process,which have not been completely resolved until now.This paper summarizes and analyzes the causes,prevention measures and treatment methods of common quality defects of high-speed railway box girders based on the construction experience of prefabricated box girders.
