摘要
目的:建立通脉乐口服液中黄芪、丹参成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法,完善其质量标准。方法:分别以黄芪甲苷、丹酚酸B为对照品,以硅胶G及硅胶GF254为固定相,建立通脉乐口服液中黄芪、丹参的薄层色谱鉴别方法,并对其进行色谱条件耐用性考察。结果:在供试品色谱图中,黄芪、丹参各组分分离良好、斑点对称、清晰圆整,阴性对照无干扰。结论:通脉乐口服液黄芪和丹参成分薄层色谱方法专属性强,操作简便,可用于通脉乐口服液质量控制。
Objective:To establish the TLC method for the identification of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza components in Tongmaile oral liquid and its quality standard was improved.Methods:Using Astragalus A and Salvianolic acid B as reference,silica gel G and silica gel GF254 as stationary phase,TLC identification methods of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza components in Tongmaile oral liquid were established,and their chromatographic durability was investigated.Results:In the chromatogram of the test product,the TLC spots of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza components were well separated,the spots were symmetrical,clear,and round,and the negative control had no interference.Conclusion:The TLC methods of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza components for Tongmaile oral liquid are specific and easy to operate,and can be used for quality control of Tongmaile oral liquid.
