摘要
目的分析风险评估与预见性护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2023年12月江苏省盱眙县中医院收治的60例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,以护理方式差异分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用风险评估与预见性护理。对比两组患者并发症发生率与生活质量评分。结果护理后,观察组心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病肾病血液透析治疗的患者,以风险评估结合预见性护理进行干预,能够降低患者并发症发生率,提升其生活质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of risk assessment and predictive nursing on complications and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Xuyi County T.C.M.Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given risk assessment and predictive nursing.The incidence of complications and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of psychological function,physical function,material life,social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of risk assessment combined with predictive nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis.
