摘要
人才是乡村振兴的关键所在,而地方应用型高校应是人才培养的摇篮。近年来,随着乡村振兴战略的持续推进,地方应用型高校在服务乡村工作中取得了一些成效,科技助农、返乡创业正成为年轻人的选择,但是要把我国打造成为现代农业强国人才培养依旧是急需解决的问题。因此,在总结地方应用型高校人才服务于乡村振兴取得成就基础上,针对其存在的问题,提出了人才培养的改进路径,以期更好地服务于乡村振兴战略。
Talent is the key to rural revitalization and local application-oriented colleges and universities should be the cradle of talent training.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,local application-oriented colleges and universities have achieved some results in serving rural areas,and boosting agriculture with science and technology and returning to their hometowns to start businesses are becoming the choice of young people,but it is still an urgent problem to solve the problem of talent training to build China into a modern agricultural power.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the achievements of local application-oriented university talents in serving rural revitalization,this paper puts forward the improvement path of talent training in view of their existing problems,in order to better serve the rural revitalization strategy.
