摘要
目的:分析宫颈癌手术患者开展多元化教育支持联合纽曼系统干预的价值。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年8月厦门大学附属第一医院妇产科收治的宫颈癌患92例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组(n=46)行常规护理,观察组(n=46)行多元化教育支持联合纽曼系统干预。评估二组多导睡眠监测参数、睡眠质量、负性情绪、癌性疲乏。结果:与对照组比较,观察组干预后睡眠效率显著提高(P<0.05),睡眠潜伏期、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、Piger癌性疲乏量表(PFS)显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌手术患者开展多元化教育支持联合纽曼系统干预能够改善睡眠质量,缓解负性情绪与癌性疲乏。
Objective:To analyze the value of multidimensional educational support combined with Neuman Systems intervention in patients undergoing surgery for cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 92 cervical cancer patients treated at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University,from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=46),receiving routine care,and an observation group(n=46),receiving multidimensional educational support combined with Neuman Systems intervention.The parameters of polysomnography,sleep quality,negative emotions,and cancer-related fatigue were evaluated in both groups.Results:Compared to the control group,the observation group showed significantly improved sleep efficiency after the intervention(P<0.05).The sleep latency,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Piger Fatigue Scale(PFS)scores were significantly reduced in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidimensional educational support combined with Neuman Systems intervention improves sleep quality,alleviates negative emotions,and reduces cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing surgery for cervical cancer.
