产学研融合背景下高校酒店管理专业课程思政建设的思考

摘要酒店管理专业是服务管理类专业的一个重要分支,其本质要求与产业实践紧密相连,旨在适应瞬息万变的市场需求及行业发展趋势。然而,部分酒店管理专业的学生在思想层面存在一定的不足,如缺乏坚定的职业信念、服务社会的责任感以及面对挑战时的积极态度。针对这一现象,产学研融合背景下高校酒店管理专业课程思政建设尤为重要。文章阐述高校酒店管理专业的特点,分析高校酒店管理专业加强课程思政建设的必要性,探究产学研融合背景下高校酒店管理专业课程思政建设的路径:践行“三全育人”理念、立德树人贯穿教育全过程,拓展第二第三课堂、全面实施课程思政,提升专业教师课程思政育人能力、创新教学策略,注重课堂反馈、构建全方位评价体系,以实现专业知识与思政教育的有机融合。 Hotel management is an important branch of service management discipline,which requires close connection with industry practice and aims to adapt to rapidly changing market demands and industry development trends.However,some students majoring in hotel management have certain deficiencies in their ideological level,such as a lack of firm professional beliefs,a sense of responsibility to serve society,and a positive attitude towards facing challenges.In response to this phenomenon,the ideological and political construction of hotel management courses in universities is particularly important under the background of industry university research integration.The article elaborates on the characteristics of hotel management majors in universities,analyzes the necessity of strengthening ideological and political education in university hotel management majors,and explores the path of ideological and political education in university hotel management majors under the background of industry university research integration;practice the concept of"three complete education",integrate moral education throughout the entire education process,expand the second and third classrooms,comprehensively implement curriculum ideological and political education,enhance the ideological and political education ability of professional teachers,innovate teaching strategies,focus on classroom feedback,and construct a comprehensive evaluation system to achieve the organic integration of professional knowledge and ideological and political education.
