摘要
根据经济升级发展需要,高职院校应注重培养实用型技术人才。工商管理专业作为高职院校重点专业,应率先开展教学模式的创新和拓展,立足于人才实际发展需求、致力于培养人才核心素养,以此完善教学体系、课程体系、管理体系,使教学具有针对性。该文深入探究工商管理专业实践教学模式创新的对策,希望对高职院校教育革新有所帮助。
According to the needs of economic upgrading and development,vocational colleges pay more attention to cultivating practical technical talents,the business management as a key professional in higher vocational colleges should take the lead to carry out the teaching mode of innovation and development,based on the actual development needs talent,committed to cultivate talents core accomplishment,to improve the teaching system,curriculum system,management system,and make the targeted teaching.The following will deeply explore the countermeasures of practical teaching mode innovation of business administration major,hoping to be helpful to the education innovation of higher vocational colleges.
