摘要
肝癌是一种高致死率的恶性肿瘤,患者通常在晚期才被诊断出来,治疗选择有限,预后不佳。疼痛是肝癌患者最常见、最严重的症状之一,尤其在晚期时,对患者的生活质量造成严重影响。有效控制疼痛可以减轻折磨,甚至延长生存时间。然而,治疗肝癌疼痛对医生和医务工作者来说是一个严峻的临床挑战。目前临床上常用西药进行止痛,但这些药物通常会带来毒副作用。近年来,中医外治、电刺激、免疫疗法及中西医结合疗法等方法逐渐受到人们的关注,成为肝癌疼痛治疗的新选择。本文将综述肝癌疼痛治疗的最新进展。
Liver cancer is a highly lethal malignancy that is often diagnosed at an advanced stage,with limited treatment options and a poor prognosis.Pain is one of the most common and serious symptoms in patients with liver cancer,especially in the late stage,which has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients.Effective pain control can reduce suffering and even prolong survival.However,treating liver cancer pain is a serious clinical challenge for doctors and healthcare workers.At present,western drugs are commonly used in clinic for pain relief,but these drugs usually bring toxic side effects.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment,electrical stimulation,immunotherapy and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy have gradually attracted people's attention and become a new choice for the treatment of liver cancer pain.This article reviews the latest progress in pain treatment of liver cancer.
