摘要
文章通过分析人工智能技术在图书馆中的数字化、智慧化应用,在充分认可其有助于读者服务效能提升的同时,探讨了在新时代其可能存在的新型数据泄露滥用、新型程序漏洞、AI算法偏见、网络攻击方式升级、知识产权被侵犯以及AI合规性缺失等数字安全风险,并从安全可控的技术防护、人才意识的高效管理、法律法规的治理准绳三个维度提出应对策略,以确保图书馆读者隐私、知识资源版权及其他关键基础设施的数据安全。
The article analyzes the digitization and intelligent application of artificial intelligence technology in libraries,recognizing its contribution to enhancing reader service efficiency.At the same time,it discusses potential new digital security risks in the new era,such as data leaks and misuse,new program vulnerabilities,AI algorithm biases,upgraded network attack methods,intellectual property infringement,and AI compliance deficiencies.It proposes strategies to address these risks from three dimensions:secure and controllable technological protection,efficient management of talent awareness,and governance based on laws and regulations,to ensure the data security of library reader privacy,knowledge resource copyrights,and other critical infrastructure.
