为更好地满足读者的个性化需求,提升服务质量,图书馆需要构建一个高效、智能的数字图书馆读者管理与个性化服务系统,通过对读者信息的全面收集与分析,实现精准的读者分类与管理。在大数据技术支持下,对读者的个性化需求及阅读偏好进行挖掘与分析,从而提供个性化、有针对性的功能服务,满足读者丰富的阅读需求。该系统能够优化图书馆的资源配置、提升读者的使用体验、增强数字图书馆的服务效能与竞争力,为读者创造更为便捷、丰富与个性化的知识获取环境。
In order to better meet the personalized needs of readers and improve service quality,libraries need to build an efficient and intelligent digital library reader management and personalized service system,and achieve ac-curate reader classification and management through comprehensive collection and analysis of reader information.With the support of Big Data technology,personalized needs and reading preferences of readers are mined and ana-lyzed to provide personalized and targeted functional services,meeting the rich reading needs of readers.This sys-tem can optimize the allocation of library resources,enhance readers'user experience,strengthen the service effi-ciency and competitiveness of digital libraries,and create a more convenient,rich,and personalized knowledge ac-quisition environment for readers.
