摘要
[目的/意义]针对目前高校图书馆阅读服务体系建设方面对顶层设计和基础逻辑关注不足的问题,北京大学图书馆不断探索阅读服务模式的转型和新型服务体系的构建。[方法/过程]对北京大学图书馆阅读服务体系及其建设思路进行梳理总结,归纳阅读参考服务体系的核心思想、要素及创新之处。[结果/结论]北京大学图书馆阅读参考服务体系主要由服务主体、服务对象、服务内容、服务策略4个核心要素构成。该体系的建立推动了图书馆从“馆藏驱动”到“用户导向”、从“碎片化活动”到“矩阵化服务”、从“单一场所”到“泛在的行动主体”、从“团队建设”到“协同增效”的服务模式转型。
[Purpose/Significance]In view of the current lack of attention to the top-level design and basic logic in the construction of the reading service system of university libraries,Peking University Library continues to explore the transformation of the reading service model and the construction of a new service system.[Method/Process]This paper analyzed the reading service system of Peking University Library and its construction notions,and summarized its core ideas,system elements and innovations of the reading reference service system.[Result/Conclusion]The reading reference service system of Peking University Library is mainly composed of four core elements:service subject,service object,service content and service strategy.The establishment of this system has promoted the transformation of library service model,from“collection-driven”to“user-oriented”,from“fragmented activities”to“matrix services”,from“single location”to“ubiquitous agent of action”,from“team building”to“synergy”.
