摘要
柴油机噪声具有非线性和非稳态特征,导致异响诊断难度较大。目前多采用阶次分析和信号处理方法进行异响诊断,但该方法对于非阶次和高频异响源适用性不足。为解决上述问题,本研究提出一种基于特征参量MAP和声阵列技术的异响诊断方法,首先基于特征响度MAP、音噪比MAP和突出比MAP确定异响的可能频段,根据特征提取结果进行噪声样本滤波设计,并结合主观评审试验确定异响噪声频谱分布,最后通过声阵列技术进行异响源诊断。将本研究提出的方法应用于柴油机异响诊断研究,发现异响噪声主要分布在11 700~12 200 Hz,异响源为涡轮增压器压气机,本研究提出的方法对于动力机械异响源诊断更具有通用性。
Owing to the nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics of noise of diesel engines,it is difficult to diagnose its abnormal noise.Currently,research on abnormal noise diagnosis is mostly based on order analysis and signal processing methods.However,these methods are not suitable for non-order and high-frequency abnormal noise sources.To address this issue,a method for abnormal noise diagnosis based on feature extraction and acoustic array technology was proposed.Firstly,the possible frequency bands of the abnormal noise were determined based on the results of feature loudness MAP,tone to noise ratio MAP,and prominence ratio MAP.Then,noise sample filtering design was carried out according to the feature extraction results,and the frequency spectrum distribution of the abnormal noise was determined through subjective evaluation experiments.Finally,the abnormal noise source identification was realized through acoustic array technology.The proposed method was applied to the abnormal noise diagnosis of a diesel engine.It is found that the abnormal noise is mainly distributed in the range of 11700-12200 Hz,and the abnormal noise source is the turbocharger compressor.The method proposed in this study is universal for abnormal noise source diagnosis of power machinery.
