摘要
基于电动汽车特点及某SUV整车平台的开发需求,提出一种乘用车电驱动后桥底盘架构模型,基于该架构模型,研究了电驱动后桥悬架结构选型原则、后桥模块布置原则与模块化设计原则,且完成了具有较高平台拓展性的模块化电驱动后桥概念设计。
Based on the characteristics of electric vehicles and the development requirements of an SUV vehicle platform,a chassis architecture model of electric drive rear axle of passenger car is proposed.Based on the architecture model,the structural selection principle of electric drive rear axle suspension,the layout principle of rear axle module and the modular design principle are studied,and the conceptual design of modular electric drive rear axle with high platform expansibility is completed.
