摘要
镍具有很好的可塑性、耐腐蚀性和磁性等性能,主要被用于钢铁、镍基合金、电镀及电池等领域。目前冶炼镍主要以红土镍矿为原料,以RKEF工艺为主。红土镍矿在回转窑进一步升温脱去自由水和结晶水且部分发生预还原反应。回转窑作为RKEF冶炼工艺的关键设备,其使用的稳定性及使用寿命直接影响到生产的稳定及产量。作为回转窑不可缺少的内衬耐火材料是制约其使用稳定性及使用寿命的关键因素。以印尼某公司年产30万tRKEF镍铁项目回转窑耐火材料的施工工艺展开,简要阐述了回转窑内衬耐火材料的结构和施工工艺。经过多年应用实践,对回转窑内衬浇注料结构进行了改良并对施工工艺进行了优化,回转窑内衬使用寿命由最初的15个月左右,现在使用寿命已经提升到了超过30个月,并且回转窑使用的稳定性也得到了很大的提高。
Nickel has good plasticity,corrosion resistance and magnetic properties,and is mainly used in steel,nickel-based alloys,electroplating and batteries.At present,nickel smelting is mainly based on laterite nickel ore as raw material,and RKEF process is the main one.Laterite nickel ore is further heated in the rotary kiln,free water and crystal water are removed,and some pre-reduction reactions occur.As the key equipment of the RKEF smelting process,the stability and service life of the rotary kiln directly affect the stability and output of production.As an indispensable lining refractory material for rotary kiln,it is the key factor restricting its service life and stability.The construction technology of rotary kiln refractory of RKEF ferronickel project with an annual output of 300,000 tons of RKEF of an Indonesian company is carried out,and the structure and construction technology of rotary kiln lining refractory are briefly described.After years of application practice,the castables structure of the rotary kiln lining has been improved and the construction process has been optimized,and the service life of the rotary kiln lining has been increased from about 15 months to more than 30 months,and the stability of the rotary kiln has also been greatly improved.
