摘要
以竹粉为原料,利用磷酸改性法制备磁性竹炭,研究其对水中甲基橙的吸附特性.实验表明,在固液相的传质速率、磁性竹炭吸附位点和表面的H+的数量等因素的影响下,磁性竹炭对甲基橙的去除率随着磁性竹炭投加量、振荡时间和速率的增大,呈现先增大后稳定趋势,并在投加量为1.0 g、振荡时间为180 min、振荡速率为120 r/min后趋于稳定;随着甲基橙初始浓度的增加呈现降低的趋势,而吸附量则呈现上升趋势,最大饱和吸附量达到82.56 mg/g;低温高酸度略有利于反应的进行,当pH值为2、振荡温度30℃时,磁性竹炭对甲基橙的最大去除率为99.85%,效果优于竹炭等生物质吸附剂.吸附过程是自发的,最符合Elovich动力学模型和Temkin等温吸附模型,以不规则的表面吸附为主;循环使用5次后,磁性竹炭对甲基橙的去除率仍然可以达到90%以上.
Using bamboo powder as raw material,magnetic bamboo charcoal was prepared by phosphoric acid modification method,and its adsorption characteristics for methyl orange in water were studied.The experiment showed that under the influence of factors such as mass transfer rate in the solid-liquid phase,adsorption sites of magnetic bamboo charcoal,and the number of surface H+,the removal rate of methyl orange by magnetic bamboo charcoal first increased and then stabilized due to reaching equilibrium,with the increase of magnetic bamboo charcoal dosage,oscillation time,and rate.The equilibrium state was reached after the dosage was 1.0 g,the oscillation time was 180 minutes,and the oscillation rate was 120 r/min.The removal rate showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the initial concentration of methyl orange,while the adsorption capacity showed an upward trend,with the maximum saturated adsorption capacity reaching 82.56 mg/g.Low temperature and high acidity were slightly beneficial for the reaction.When the pH was 2 and the oscillation temperature was 30℃,the maximum removal rate of methyl orange by magnetic bamboo charcoal was 99.85%,which was better than biomass adsorbents such as bamboo charcoal.The adsorption process was spontaneous and most in line with the Elovic kinetic model and the Temkin isothermal adsorption model,with irregular surface adsorption as the main method.After 5 cycles of use,the removal rate of methyl orange by magnetic bamboo charcoal could still reach over 90%.
