摘要
在发展数字经济的环境下,数字技术是推动经济增长的主要动力,政府有关部门曾发布相关文件提倡企业抓住数字经济带来的机遇,积极进行数字化转型,借助转型提升企业的创新发展能力。面对不稳定的经济环境,企业一直面临严重的融资约束,而数字化转型带来的经济效益可以在一定程度上影响融资约束,研究数字化转型背景下企业融资约束的影响因素,有助于得出企业在数字化转型背景下缓解融资约束的针对性对策,促进企业发展。文章通过研究与企业数字化转型和融资约束有关的文献,阐述了与数字化转型和融资约束的相关理论,探究在数字化转型环境下企业融资约束的影响因素,从而围绕数字化转型背景提出缓解企业融资约束的有效对策。
In the environment of the development of digital economy,digital technology is the main driving force to promote economic growth.The relevant government departments have issued relevant documents to advocate enterprises to seize the opportunities brought by the digital economy,actively carry out digital transformation,and enhance the innovation and development ability of enterprises with the help of transformation.In the face of unstable economic environment,the enterprise has been facing serious financing constraints,and economic benefits brought by the digital transformation can affect the financing constraints to some extent.The research on influencing factors of enterprise financing constraints under the background of digital transformation can help to conclude targeted countermeasures that enterprises can alleviate financing constraints under the background of digital transformation and promote the development of enterprises.By studying the literature related to the digital transformation and financing constraints of enterprises,this paper expounds the theories related to the digital transformation and financing constraints,explores the influencing factors of enterprise financing constraints under the background of digital transformation,and puts forward effective countermeasures to alleviate the financing constraints of enterprises around digital transformation.
