摘要
目的探析老年原发性高血压患者应用苯磺酸氨氯地平联用美托洛尔治疗的效果。方法150例老年原发性高血压患者,根据不同治疗手段分为试验组和对照组,每组75例。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片口服治疗,试验组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组患者血压水平以及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者舒张压和收缩压比较无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组舒张压(86.35±2.07)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压(124.68±4.05)mm Hg低于对照组的(95.87±2.18)、(138.85±6.53)mm Hg(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率98.67%高于对照组的90.67%(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗对控制老年原发性高血压起到了很好的作用,临床效果显著,更有推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of amlodipine besylate combined with metoprolol in the treatment of essential hypertension in the elderly.Methods 150 elderly patients with essential hypertension were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the experimental group was treated with amlodipine besylate combined with metoprolol.The blood pressure level and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had diastolic blood pressure of(86.35±2.07)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and systolic blood pressure of(124.68±4.05)mm Hg,which were lower than(95.87±2.18)and(138.85±6.53)mm Hg in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 98.67%in the experimental group was higher than 90.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with amlodipine besylate has played a good role in the control of essential hypertension in the elderly,and has significant clinical effect and more value for promotion.
