摘要
目的 探讨通窍活血汤加味配合美托洛尔治疗高血压性心脏病患者的效果。方法 选取我院2019年1月至12月收治的150例高血压性心脏病患者为研究对象,以用药方案差异将其分为常规组(n=75,美托洛尔治疗)和观察组(n=75,通窍活血汤加味配合美托洛尔治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平及左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)均低于常规组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)、窦性心率R-R间期总体标准差(SDNN)、相邻正常R-R间期差值均方根(rMSSD)均高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 通窍活血汤加味配合美托洛尔治疗高血压性心脏病患者的效果较好,可有效降低血压,改善心功能,调节心率变异性指标,在保障疗效的同时,减少不良反应发生情况,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of medication regimen,the patients were divided into conventional group(n=75,metoprolol treatment)and observation group(n=75,modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with metoprolol treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),standard deviation of NN intervals(SDNN)and the root mean square successive difference(rMSSD)were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with metoprolol has a good effect in the treatment of patients with hypertensive heart disease,it can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve cardiac function,regulate heart rate variability indexes,and reduce adverse reactions while ensuring efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
