摘要
采用自乳化法,将丙烯酸单体通过自由基接枝改性环氧的同时,引入无机-有机杂化硅,得到无机-有机杂化硅环氧乳液。研究了反应温度、乳化剂含量对于乳液性能的影响,结果显示反应温度在83℃,乳化剂质量分数为2.9%,无机-有机杂化硅质量分数为2%时,合成的无机-有机杂化硅环氧乳液具有良好的综合性能。此外,制得的防腐底漆、中间漆的各项技术指标超过标准要求,能满足各种应用需求。
Through self-emulsification method,an inorganic-organic hybrid silicon epoxy emulsion was prepared by free radical grafting modification of acrylic monomer and introduced inorganic-organic hybrid silicon.The effects of reaction temperature and emulsifier content on the properties of the emulsion were studied.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 83℃,the emulsifier content was 2.9%,and the inorganic-organic hybrid silicon content was 2%,the synthesized inorganic organic hybrid silicon epoxy emulsion had good comprehensive properties.The prepared anticorrosive primer and intermediate paint,with their technical indicators exceeding the standard requirements,could fulfill the demands of various application.
