红外伪装材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用金属铝粉和掺锡氧化铟粉末作为红外吸收剂,按照一定的配比,与聚丙烯进行熔融混合,制备具有性能优异的红外伪装材料。用红外光谱分析法对材料的红外结构进行表征,用实验室搭建的红外模拟装置对材料的伪装性能进行表征,用DSC对材料的热学性能进行表征,用万能力学仪对材料的力学性能进行表征。结果表明,随着材料中金属铝粉与ITO粉末的加入,材料的熔点、结晶度下降且拉伸力学性能下降。从红外波谱图与红外模拟测试结果分析可得,红外吸收剂的加入能吸收红外辐射能量,从而达到伪装效果。随着金属与ITO粉末的加入,红外线的透过率减少,且不同含量对此影响各不相同,当ITO与铝粉的比例为2:1时,透过率最小,伪装效果最好。 Metal induiu tin oixde and aluminum powders were used as infrared adsorpion agent in this paper.And the infrared camouglage materials comprised of polypropylene and mixed powders were prepared by molten method.The infrared camouglage materials were chararized by the fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),and universal testing machine.And the infrared camouflage performance were tested by infrared simulation device.FTIR spectra indicated thtat the addition of ITO and aluminum powders were just physical mixed with polypropylene.The DSC data showed that the melting and crystallinity of the infrared camouflage materials decreased with the addition of ITO and aluminum powders.The results of infrared simulation test suggested that the additiion of ITO and aluminum powders played an important role in the infrared adsorbtion and reflection.When the ratio of ITO:Al was 2:1,the corresponding camouflage effect was best.Furthermore,the mechanical properties of the infrared camouflage materials decreased with the addition of ITO and aluminum powders.
