摘要
嘌呤-6-酮具有重要的应用价值。本文介绍了鸟嘌呤和黄嘌呤衍生物的合成方法。将不同的环母体作为结构单元合成嘌呤-6-酮是常用的方法。本文介绍了分别以4-嘧啶酮和咪唑为母体,合成目标产物的一般方法以及各自的特点,这些方法涉及各种化学反应和转化,具有原料易得、操作简单、绿色等优点。同时介绍了这些化合物在药物化学和药物开发中的多功能性和潜在应用。
Purin-6-one had important applications.In this paper,the syntheses of guanine and xanthine derivatives were investigated.The synthesis of purine-6-one applied different ring precursors as structural units was a commonly used method.The general methods and characteristics of synthesizing target products using 4-pyrimidinone and imidazole as precursors were introduced separately.These methods involved various chemical reactions and transformations and had the advantages of easy availability of raw materials,simplicity of operation and green color.The versatility and potential applications of these compounds in medicinal chemistry and drug development were shown.
